All Canada/US orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Please select the Free Shipping option when selecting your shipping method at checkout. Please note that some coupons and special offers cannot be combined with free shipping.

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to communicate with you about the details, to hand-blend your products, and then carefully package your order. For custom made products, the process is much longer than ready made one's sitting on the shelf. But that is the whole point...made fresh, just for you! This sometimes involves sourcing a specific ingredient not already on hand, and we are the one's waiting for that order. Supply chain issues all around the world are still struggling to recover post Covid, but we are doing our best.

These order lead times do not include shipping times. Please refer to your chosen shipping method for approximate shipping times.

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper (typically Canada Post for most of our orders). If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate it, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Canada Post Customer Service, as tracked shipping has a Liability Coverage up to $100, and you will need to process a claim.
